Former journalist and editor, Lisa
Solod Warren has published fiction and non-fiction in a variety of venues: from newspapers to magazines to literary journals (and online) to anthologies. Her first book Desire: Women Write About Wanting came out this fall from Seal Press, and features more than twenty prominent writers exploring the various kinds of desire and what it means for their lives.
Critics have said the book "reveals a female gender that's more complete, complex, and tougher to please than the materially-validated women depicted in advertisements." And isa "moving and eye-opening collection"
